Bobby comes to Beach Properties of Florida from Coldwell Banker where he was in the top 3% of sales worldwide. "I have been exposed to real estate in some fashion all of my life!" Bobbys parents have been building and selling homes along the beaches of South Walton for almost 30 years. "We moved to Seagrove in 1981 when all the roads were beach sand. My parents would take all 5 of us kids to home sites and put my baby sister in a wheelbarrow while my brother and I would help pour concrete!" I am very happy to become a part of this dynamic team, and look forward to helping this brokerage grow to be the best real estate advisors in Florida," said Bobby. Specializing in finding unique properties, Bobby has an exceptional ability uncovering rare gems along the emerald coast.

In addition to real estate sales, Bobby is an avid surfer and is a Founding Board Member of the Panhandle Surfrider Foundation. Some may know Bobby as the owner of Collaborations, a former art and furniture gallery in Seagrove. His roots in the local community have allowed him to build a strong center of influence.

               garner

Garner Chandler jokes that she has been in the real estate business since before she was born. Her great-grandfather and grandfather were early developers in her hometown of Memphis. Upon her graduation from Smith College with a degree in economics, Garner went to work in the appraisal business with her father. She was on track to earn her MAI designation as an appraiser when the decided to purchase the evolving market data and consulting side of the business. Under her leadership, Chandler Reports grew and is acknowledged as the first in the nation to provide real-time real estate information over the Internet. On June 1, 2004, Garner sold the Chandler Reports business and achieved her dream of moving to the Emerald Coast.

Garner entered the sales side of real estate in Memphis in 2002 and in Florida in 2003. She was invited to the Counselors of Real Estate
in the late 1990's and earned her CCIM designation in 2003. In 2006 she acquired her Florida Real Estate Broker's license. Garner takes great pride in both the CRE and CCIM designations. CRE is an invitation only organization of those who have proven the ability to provide meaningful, unbiased real estate counseling services to a range of clients. The 1100 members of CRE represent a venerable "who's who" of real estate development, lending, appraising, brokerage and other services. Garner is one of 2 CREs in Walton County. The CCIM designation identifies proficiency in commercial and industrial real estate. There are 2 CCIMs in Walton County and 19 from Pensacola to Tallahassee. There are only 8600 CCIMs in the US and 30 other countries.

Garner has been married to John Farmer for 20 years. They have two teenage sons, Jack and Will Farmer. John owns Yellowfin Ocean Sports, a local outfitter of kayaks and fishing equipment. In her spare time, Garner volunteers at Emerald Coast Middle School as past president of the PTO. She also enjoys walking the beach and has seen every beachfront property along 30A from the beach!
